Josh Allen - Lead Pastor

ABOUT HIM: Josh became the Lead Pastor at Parkway Hills in June 2017. Josh’s love and calling is for God’s Church, and more specifically, for Parkway Hills. I believe that God has incredible days ahead for this remarkable church to offer a striving community eternal purpose and lasting peace.  
Josh holds degrees from Baylor University, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. Since 1998, Josh has had the privilege of serving several local churches in various roles. He is passionate about God’s Word and desires to see the truth of Scripture come alive, resulting in life transformation. He also believes strongly in equipping dads and moms to be the primary faith-trainers in their homes.  
Josh and his wife Jessie have been married for over twenty years and have three amazing kids. He loves time with his family doing just about anything. He also enjoys running, hiking, golf, and any excuse to spend time outside.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: To faithfully live out our mission...We journey together to glorify God, making disciples of every generation and serving the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ!

Lance Crowell - Executive Pastor

ABOUT HIM: Lance Crowell previously served with the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention (SBTC) for 17 years. He worked as a Senior Strategist in the Digital Ministries and Communications Department. Before that, he led in the Church Ministries department of the SBTC in Discipleship, Family, Collegiate, Single Adults, Men’s Ministry, and Online Training. Lance was called to ministry at Sagemont Church, where he served as a Collegiate/Young Adult Minister.

 

Lance is a two-time graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering. He holds a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (SWBTS) and is working on finishing a Doctor of Education degree in Organizational Leadership at SWBTS. Lance has been married to Mandy for over twenty years, and they have two amazing teens, Caleb and Cora.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: To help build the ministries of Parkway Hills to impact the greater Plano communities for the Cause of Christ.

Kristi McCallon - Lead Pastor Assistant

ABOUT HER: Kristi has been working at Parkway Hills since 2012, when she came to fill a temporary position and ended up staying. Kristi is an integral part of executing tasks for the lead pastor, including executive administration, scheduling, and assembling and distributing pastoral and church information.

Logan Doak - Worship Pastor

ABOUT HIM: Logan received his undergraduate degree in Worship Leadership and his Masters in Worship Studies from Dallas Baptist University. He has been involved in music within the church since childhood and sensed God calling him into the ministry in his teenage years. Logan and his wife, Brooke, have been married since 2014 and welcomed their first child, Barrett, in March 2018, and their daughter, Lilah, in 2020. Logan began working at Parkway Hills in 2016 and is Professor of Worship at Dallas Baptist University.

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: My hope is that every generation would be united in singing the songs of our faith.

Kim Adams - Music and Technology Coordinator

ABOUT HER: Kim has been a steady help at Parkway Hills in several different capacities since 2012. She is fun and organized, and is married to Bobby. They have two married adult children and four grandkids.
 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: Parkway Hills has been a blessing to this community since its beginning. I pray that we continue to have a positive influence here as we seek to serve Plano, and the world with the Gospel.

Angela Hendrixson - Digital Strategies Director

ABOUT HER: Angela is a native Texan, but since infancy has travelled all over the world as a result of having a military father. Traveling to new places continues to bring great joy in her life. She graduated with a Bachelor of Behavioral Science from Hardin-Simmons University. Some of her deepest passions are spending time with family and friends, being part of grace2go and singing in the choir. Angela has been married to her husband, David for almost 14 years who currently serves as a microbiology professor at UT Southwestern Medical. Both are very passionate about serving the Lord wherever and whenever possible.
 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: My hope for the church is that we love the Lord our God with all our heart, mind and soul. And that we would live lives of service as the hands and feet of Jesus.

Sarah Laws - Creative Content Director

ABOUT HER: Sarah has worked at Parkway Hills since July 2021. Her dream job has been to be a visual storyteller that helps and inspires people. Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts in Converged Broadcast Media from the University of North Texas in Denton and her Master of Arts in Critical Cultural Industry Studies on August 2021. Sarah and her husband Charles Laws are both currently studying at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in the Spanish online Masters program, La Maestría en Estudios Teológicos. Sarah has a passion for the Latino community since she is a first generation college graduate. She strives to live each day to glorify God.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: My hope for Parkway Hills is for everyone to continue to grow spiritually in Christ.

Pepe Valdez - Music Director

ABOUT HIM: Pepe is a Peruvian-American guitarist, arranger, composer and educator who is based in the DFW area. He attended the University of North Texas, where he completed his bachelors and masters in Jazz Studies. Pepe and his wife, Reyna, have been happily married since 2018.

Chiquis Guzman - Artist in Residence

ABOUT HIM: Chiquis is a gifted drummer from Mexico City. He graduated from UNT's Jazz Studies program. He is married, has been a member at Parkway Hills for years, and is growing as a Christ warrior day by day, by His grace.

Josh Conner - Spiritual Formation Pastor

ABOUT HIM: Josh Conner is a 2014 graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary. He received a Master of Theology with an emphasis in biblical theology and hermeneutics. His undergraduate degree is in political science from the University of Houston in 2008. He has worked in various spiritual formation ministry roles at Prestonwood Baptist Church, The Heights Baptist Church, and BridgeBuilders since 2010.
 

Josh has been married to his wife, Sarah, since 2011. Sarah is a graduate from Baylor University, with a bachelor’s in human resources and marketing. She currently serves as the Development Director at Just Say YES. The Conners have two daughters, Ellie and Bailey, and a son, Caleb.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: My hope is that people will come to love our Savior and delight in Him so much that they want to be like Him, making His life, their life.

Jill Buczkowski - Spiritual Formation and Executive Pastor Ministry Assistant

ABOUT HER: Jill joined the staff in May 2019, moving to the area from Houston, where she previously served in church administration and support roles as children's and youth ministry support, as well as financial and campus coordinator. She was born and raised in western New York State and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 33 years. They have four awesome children and one adorable grandson!

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: That all who enter would feel welcome and experience the love of the body of Christ.

Suzie Prizer - Women's Minister

ABOUT HER: Suzie has been on staff at Parkway Hills since 1997. Her love for women’s ministry is evident in everything she does. She leads her ministry teams with love, integrity, and dedication. As our Women’s Minister, Suzie oversees a wonderful volunteer leadership team as they plan and prepare women’s Bible Studies, events and retreats, and women’s mission trips. Suzie is a graduate of Baylor University with a degree in Education. Suzie also serves as the Mission Liaison for Parkway Hills.

 

Suzie and her husband, Brad, live in Frisco. Their three adult children grew up at Parkway Hills; Blake, Brandon and Emilee. Blake is married to Emily and they have three children, Jackson, Rachel and Maddie. Their daughter is married to Ross, and they have three children—Will, Caleb, and Hannah.

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: My hope is that Parkway Hills will continue to seek God's plans and purpose for an amazing future! May we pray with excitement for today and the days to come!

Debbie Richardson - Minister to Parents

ABOUT HER: Debbie recently transitioned into the Minister to Parents role after serving over 18 years in Children’s Ministry.  She graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education.  Debbie loves the Lord and loves encouraging parents in their role as the primary faith trainer of their children.  She and her husband, Bill, have two adult children, Courtney and Mike, who grew up at Parkway Hills. 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: My hope for Parkway Hills is that it will continue to be a beacon of light in this world as we serve the world with the Gospel of Christ and make disciples of every generation.

Cy Casto - Student Pastor

ABOUT HIM: Cy became the Student Pastor at Parkway Hills in September 2019 and he has a passion for impacting people with the Gospel for Jesus Christ. Cy married his wonderful wife, Kelsey, in August 2019 shortly before accepting the call to Parkway Hills. Cy received his Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and his Master of Divinity from Gordon-Theological Seminary.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: That we become a church that fully acknowledges Jesus as our King and Savior and that we live our lives in that reality.

Maddie McAnally - Associate Student Minister and Director of Care Ministry

ABOUT HER: Maddie has a bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Houston (2017) and a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of The Cumberlands (2022). Maddie began attending the Young Adult Life Group in July 2019 and became a member of Parkway Hills in January 2020. She is thrilled about serving with the Student Ministry because she appreciates the life-changing impact it can have, as she personally accepted Christ as a sophomore in high school. She is passionate about serving others, cultivating faith in Jesus Christ, and snickerdoodle cookies.

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: Her hope is that we are a body of believers who are continually being sanctified through Christ—that we strive to teach, pray, lead, worship, and serve one another to the glory of the Lord.

Catherine Taylor - Shepherding Ministry Coordinator

ABOUT HER: Catherine has worked at Parkway Hills since 2003. For many years, she assisted in the Worship Ministry, and now coordinates the Care Ministries, but she has always had a caring spirit about her.

Haley Burr - Elementary Kids Minister

ABOUT HER: Haley is from Waco, Texas. She received her Bachelor's in Christian Ministry with a focus in youth from the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in 2015 and completed her Master of Arts in Children’s Ministry from Dallas Baptist University in 2016. Haley served as a Children’s Ministry intern and a camp counselor during college. During this time the Lord called Haley into full-time ministry. She is excited to serve you, walking with you and equipping you to raise your children to know and love the Lord with all of their heart, soul, mind and strength. Haley lives in The Colony with her husband, Taylor, who she married in May 2020 (during the Coronavirus pandemic!). She enjoys running, being outdoors, spending quality time with her family and friends, and laughing.

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: That we would continue to become unified as a church, seeking to complete the task that has been given to us - the task of testifying to the good news of God's grace.

Andrea Hancock - Weekday Preschool Minister and Preschool Kids Minister

ABOUT HER: Andrea leads the Preschool Ministry and oversees the Weekday Preschool. Andrea began working at Parkway Hills in September 2013 in the Preschool Ministry and became the leader of the Weekday Preschool in 2015. She graduated from Baylor University and has taught preschool both within church programs and Coram Deo Academy. She also taught art and was involved with Bible Study Fellowship as a Children’s Leader. She homeschooled her children and her heart is family discipleship. She loves Jesus, her family, ministering to families, supporting homeschooling families, and working with children!

 

She has been married for 32 years to Jay and has three adult kids, Will (Mia), Sam (Kelsey), and Caroline. She enjoys watching sports (professional and college) as well as spending time with her family and dogs!

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: That our church will glorify God by making disciples of all generations and serve the world with gospel of Jesus Christ!

Jennifer Coss - Kids Ministry Curriculum & Resource Assistant

ABOUT HER: Jennifer went to Dallas Baptist University where she majored in education with a focus in early childhood through 4th grade and special education. She also majored in Christian Studies with a focus in educational ministry. Jennifer has been married to Peter since March 2019. They have been members and serving in the Kids Ministry at Parkway Hills since 2018.

Nick Bass - Pastoral Resident

ABOUT HIM: Nick is a graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, class of 2012. He also attended Southwestern Theological Seminary, 2013 to 2014. During that time he served as College Pastor at City on a Hill Church in Fort Worth Texas. Since then Nick has started a software training business, as well as a career in real estate. Nick began attending Parkway Hills with his family in 2018 where God began to revitalize his call to vocational ministry. Nick oversees new member assimilation, and serves as the lead teacher for the Tuesday Night Men's Ministry bible study. His wife Michelle is a graduate of Texas Women's University School of Nursing and works in the neurotrauma ICU at Children's Medical Center, Dallas. They were married in 2017 and have 2 sons, Owen and Issac.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: That our church body would be emboldened by God's word daily and enthralled with the Gospel.

Christine Crane - Ministry Resident

ABOUT HER: Christine is a 2021 graduate of Dallas Baptist University, with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Business Worship Studies. She is a native of Alberta, Canada, and has lived in Dallas since 2015. She came to Parkway Hills as an intern for the worship ministry in January 2021. She is currently serving in different areas of ministry at the church to learn more about them.

Christine is passionate about uniting people in worship, encouraging others, and iced coffee.

Jacob Burwell - Student Ministry Resident

ABOUT HIM: Jacob attended Oklahoma Wesleyan University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Youth and Family Ministry. His father works as a pipeline controller for Chevron and his mom worked as a teacher prior to becoming a full-time volunteer at their local church. Jacob had interned previously at Parkway Hills during the summer which is how he initially became involved with the church. Fun fact, Jacob and Cy are cousins.

Ginette McKiddy - Executive Adminstrator

ABOUT HER: Ginette is responsible for non-ministerial areas such as Finance, HR, IT and Facilities. She graduated from Oklahoma State University and is a CPA. She has been working at Parkway Hills since August of 2006, and describes herself as amazed and grateful to wake up every morning, knowing that her work day will be focused on Jesus through every activity, discussion, and prayer. Ginette and her husband, Gary, have two daughters, Paige & Maddie. Her hobbies include: reading, golf, watching basketball and football.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: That we will be a church that equips families to eagerly pursue Jesus and make disciples of all generations, starting with their own children.

Danny Hobson - Facility Director

ABOUT HIM: Danny is originally from North Little Rock AR and was transferred to Plano after a two-year assignment in Memphis TN. Danny and his wife, Becky, live in Frisco where she is a Special Education Coordinator at Frisco ISD. They have 3 adult children, Daniel, his son, his wife Alison, and daughter Eden live in Bentonville AR. Lauren will be a senior at Ouachita University. Rachel will be a sophomore at Harding University. Danny has attended Parkway Hills since 2002. Besides being the Facilities Director, he serves as a deacon, a 4th grade life group leader and has been on many mission trips with the church. He looks forward to what the future holds for him in this position.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: To make sure we are a light on the Tollway that reflects the Gospel vision established when the church was planted and I do everything I'm capable of doing for everyone that comes to Parkway Hills to have a good experience.

Amy Bullington - Facilities Coordinator and Finance Assistant

ABOUT HER: Amy is a multi-talented and responsible hard worker, which makes her an unsung but important part of our office staff. She coordinates room reservations and events at the church and also functions as the finance assistant, helping Jill and Ginette with various administrative tasks. If you want to do something at the church, she is the woman to talk to!
Amy is married to Larry and has two adult children, Lauren and Brett.

 

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: I hope that our church will be welcoming to anyone who enters these doors.

Donna Weser - Facilities Administrative Assistant

ABOUT HER: Donna has been at Parkway Hills for over twenty years—always willing to help or to find out an answer for people who call or walk in. Her heart is that her ministry at Parkway Hills will continue, and that she would be an addition to our staff in reaching others for Christ. She is also a gifted gardener and enjoys caring for the fish in our preschool area. Donna has been married to Mike for 23 years, and between them, they have four adult children.

HOPE FOR PARKWAY HILLS: That Christ will become the center of families lives in our community and that the word of God will grow from there to all corners of our community, state and beyond.
